One of the most powerful tools in business negotiations is to give people the “right amount” of information to help them make a decision. Some people work against it by over-communicating.
While others shy away from it for fear of being intrusive. When potential clients are stuck in a state of indecisiveness, we can ask some direct questions to get them off the fence and help them decide.
