Quick fact- I failed 2 grades in High School, I have ADHD problems and really struggled academically.

Imagine my surprise when I was invited as a guest speaker to a group of college students at Centurion Academy. I decided to focus my message on the value of education, career choices, and entrepreneurship.

After my talk, the review I received from the college was that I motivated and inspired both the students and the lecturers. We tend to use the words “motivate” and “inspire” interchangeably. While both are related, there is a subtle yet important difference between them.

I would like to focus on those two words “Motivation vs Inspiration”, and why better leaders choose inspiration, not motivation.
